Job summary
Job Role: Creative Project Administrator - Immediate StartLocation: Newhaven - Full time onsite
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £13 - £14.50 an hour (Dependant on Experience)
Duration: Until at least the end of January
Role Responsibility:
Be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and varied administrative service for a busy team
Day to day duties include: project coordination, budget monitoring and building relationships with customers and colleagues
Booking in freelancers and contractors
Assisting the buying team searching for products
Supporting with large scale projects for well know brands
Supporting with scheduling meetings, diary management, preparation and circulating of supporting paperworkThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in office administration essential
Excellent communicator - written and verbal
Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes
Keen eye for detail, punctual and organise
Detail orientated with excellent planning and communication skills
Professional telephone manner and communication skills
High level organisational and time management skills
Ability to work as both a team member and in a stand-alone position
Strong initiative and proactive working mannerNext steps:
