Job summary
A well-established leading Manufacturing company based in the Malton area is looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join the business.The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
Dealing with breakdowns (electrical and mechanical) and in a timely and efficient manner
Carrying out servicing and general upkeep on a range of equipment
Working in line with all relevant standards, processes and site quality systems
Fault finding on PLC's
Carrying out installation work, to include modifying existing equipment and installing new equipment
The successful Maintenance Engineer will have knowledge of fault finding and maintaining PLC systems, with programming knowledge being an advantage. I am really keen to see your CV if you are a time served Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of a level 3 qualification in an engineering field, as well as electrical certificates. You will like to work at speed and be able to think on your feet and be a creative and diligent Maintenance Engineer, with experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Continental shift pattern 4 on/off days only, 6am - 6pm. Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.
