THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a qualified Air Conditioning engineer with planned and reactive maintenance experience within a building services/FM environment. Working for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers, the role will cover a commercial Swansea.
Duties will include planned and reactive maintenance to a wide range of HVAC plant & equipment (VRVs, VRFs, Packs, Splits, AHUs etc) and the monitoring & support of other specialist sub-contractors/manufacturers where applicable.
Annual salary up to £40,000 plus overtime & standby allowance, company vehicle, pension, tools, PPE, mobile phone.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
F-Gas
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (Not essential)
Ability to carry out minor fabric and plumbing repairs
Full clean driving license
Building Services/Facilities Management background
