Job summary
Job title: Customer Support ConsultantLocation: Bridgwater, Somerset (office based)
Salary: Circa £26,000 PA dependant on experience
Hours: Permanent, Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunchbreak)

The Role: You will be responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat. The customer will be your primary focus and so you will maintain vast knowledge of company products and services to ensure you provide the most relevant and essential information to new and existing customers. You will be liaising with customers regarding technical issues, providing timely resolutions so therefore need to be technically minded and pick up new systems quickly.
Key Duties:
Responding to customer queries via phone, email or chat.
Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific products.
Analysing and reporting on product malfunctions.
Product testing.
Documenting product information and customer conversations on the database for future reference.
Following up with customers to ensure technical issues have been resolved.
Informing customers of new features and functionalities.
Fulfilling customer orders via the website.
Accurately recording details on the company IT system.
Liaising and communicating with all stakeholders.
Accurate data analysis.The Person:
Prior experience in a telephony customer service / helpdesk based role (or similar).
Technically minded - you do not need to be experienced in a technical based role, however, you will be a natural when it comes to operating a computer / phone (iOS and android). You will be able to pick up new systems with ease - you will be fully trained on all company products and services and learn how to operate their Customer Relationship Management system.
Able to use bespoke applications to analyse, diagnose and resolve issues - you will be a problem solver by nature.
