The Responsibilities of the Hardware Engineer are:
Lead the development of parts of systems.
Communicate the justification for design decisions clearly in writing and verbally.
Specify requirements and acceptance criteria for design subcontractors,
Specify and manage the manufacture of components for verification testing.
Specify, execute and review appropriate verification tests and results.
Understand and apply relevant design standards, particularly design for equipment in hazardous areas.
The requirements of the Hardware Engineer are:
Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline, ideally electronics OR mechatronics / equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of fundamental principles, simulation and experimentation.
Good knowledge of ADC principles and applications.
PCB Design Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in Altium or similar software is beneficial, though not mandatory.
Passion for driving development and innovation in the electronics industry.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic challenges.
