Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas EngineerLocation: M3 and M4 Corridor
Salary: up to £49,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with additional earnings available through overtime
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, call-out rota, private use on the van
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in maintaining, servicing, and repairing commercial gas systems across the M3 and M4 corridor.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of commercial gas appliances, systems, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring efficient and effective repairs
- Carry out installations and commissioning of commercial gas systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency call-outs
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide technical support when required
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as necessary
Requirements:
- Hold valid commercial gas qualifications such as COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, or equivalent
- Proven experience working as a commercial gas engineer, preferably in a mobile role
- In-depth knowledge of commercial gas systems, boilers, burners, and associated equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
