What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sports coach/instructor to join our team immediately. As a sports coach at our school, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and empower students with SEND through engaging sports and physical activities. This role focuses on carrying out lessons without the need for extensive planning, allowing you to focus on what you do best coaching!
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and deliver sports and physical education lessons for primary and secondary students with SEND.
-Create a fun and inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged and motivated to participate.
-Adapt and modify lessons to meet the individual needs of students with varying abilities.
-Promote teamwork, cooperation, and positive sportsmanship among students.
-Foster a love for physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Previous experience working as a sports coach/instructor.
-Passion for working with students with SEND.
-Ability to adapt coaching techniques to cater to individual needs.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Relevant coaching certifications are a plus.
