Job summary

Are you an experienced site services or facilities engineer? Are you looking for an opportunity to be responsible for facilities within a manufacturing environment?

We are currently looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our team at Boston.

As the Facilities Manager at Boston, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the site has appropriate accreditation, permits and operates in compliance with all relevant legislative standards at all times
Directing and monitoring all site service contracts and works performed to ensure compliance with site and regulatory safety standards and delivery
Providing leadership and direction to ensure that colleagues are kept safe, engaged, focused, developed and delivering their potential
Setting and managing annual budgets, balancing efficiency, and effectiveness to ensure services are provided within agreed parameterThis is a Monday - Friday, Days position.

As a Facilities Manager, you will have:

Proven track record of operating at engineering management level within a food manufacturing environment or high care environment
Project Management skills
Understanding of budgetary management
Experience and understanding of Microsoft and computerised maintenance management system
IOSH Certified
Experience of leading a diverse workforce
Experience of contributing to a multi-functional operational management team
