Job summary

An experienced Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in a Marketing role is needed to join our team at Recipero based in Gloucester on a full-time basis.

Founded in 2000 by a group of UK-based entrepreneurs, Recipero continues to be the leader in crime and fraud intelligence solutions for the world's mobile device communities.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, creative content, and making an impact within an innovative and successful business.

This is a full-time role, but we are open to part-time hours to suit the right candidate. Moreover, flexible working is also available, i.e. 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.

We're looking for a marketing executive to join our small, dynamic, friendly team and seize the opportunity to impact our business positively.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to our direct marketing activities across email, social media, and search engines with both organic and paid strategies
Create engaging website content, including landing pages, blogs, product descriptions, emails, and social media posts
Help manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Create impactful graphics, video resources, and other marketing collateral.
Help plan and execute events
Respond to social comments, Google alerts, and Trustpilot reviews, and react to other PR opportunities
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Required Skills:

Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage social media and create content
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Required Experience:

Experience with website CMS, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite or equivalent
An understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML & CSS.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, ideally Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express
At least one year of experience in a marketing and design role
