Responsibilities:

Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback, and working collaboratively with parents to support their child's growth and development.
Inclusive Education: Advocate for inclusive education principles, ensuring that all students have equal access to learning opportunities and support.
Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and educational trends, and actively engage in your own professional development to enhance your teaching skills.Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with relevant teaching certification.
A deep passion for teaching and a strong commitment to the well-being and development of KS1 students.
Exceptional communication and classroom management skills, creating an environment where every student feels valued and engaged.
Adaptability, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families.
