Growing successful unique concept branded restaurant/coffee operation is looking for a General Manager to manage their newly opening kiosk concept within a stunning food court in Livinston.

With restaurants throughout the UK, new sites continuously being launched & further expansion throughout both the UK & internationally, the company have a unique quality offering that has meant continued success with both managed & franchised operations.

The role itself is to oversee the running of the companys new Glasgow operation.

The successful candidate will manage a team of up to 10 & will be committed to providing the highest standards of service at all time & driving sales.

The kiosk itself is stylish & is refurbished to the highest standards & this is a great opportunity for the right person as the company are looking to open further operations in the area.

What are we looking for ?

·The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced General Manager or Assistant Manager from a branded food kiosk, food court, grab & go, fast food or coffee shop.

·MUST be based within commuting distance of Livingston or looking to relocate close by

·The ability to recruit, train, motivate & support a team, working hard to maintain & improve service & performance in order to achieve & exceed budget.

·The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring the Livinston kiosk provides great service & an excellent guest experience, using your existing skills to maintain and develop both service (speed & quality) & sales and make the business and amazing success

·The desire to get on & develop your career with a successful, expanding company that is going from strength to strength. There are good progression opportunities available for the right candidate as the company continue with their expansion.

Salary & package:

The starting salary for this role is around £26,000 with a little flexibility. There is also a quarterly bonus & company benefits & regular salary reviews. The operation does not open late night (except during the festive season) so there are no late nights
