About the Role Duty Manager at Starbucks AS - Glasgow Airport

Pay Rate: £12.63 per hour + an extra£1.50 per hourfor shifts worked between midnight and 6:00 am

Shift pattern: Variety of shifts scheduled between 3 am and 11 pm, including weekends

Please note, previous experience in a similar role is required for this role.

We are looking for Full Time Duty manager to join and lead our team at Starbucks Air Side located at Glasgow Airport.
As a Duty Manager, you will work a variety of shifts between3:00 am - 11:00 pm including weekends, so it is important you can travel safely to the Airport for early starts.

Responsibilities for Duty Manager:

Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
Trains the team on brand standards
Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff

Requirements for Duty Manager:

Management/ Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector required!
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
Due to some responsibilities within the Duty manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve and handle alcohol.
