Responsibilities:
Work closely with individual students with diverse learning requirements, providing tailored support to address their unique needs.
Assist students in understanding and engaging with the curriculum, reinforcing concepts through interactive learning methods.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student confidence and self-esteem.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to create effective learning strategies and monitor student progress.
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and make necessary accommodations to facilitate students' learning and development.
Offer emotional support to students, encouraging their personal growth and social well-being.
Keep accurate records of student performance and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Adhere to school policies, safeguarding guidelines, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a related educational capacity is desirable.
Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or special educational needs are advantageous.
A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach, with a genuine passion for supporting students' growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the varying needs of students and work within different school environments.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
