Job summary
Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking business based in Watford, who are looking for a confident and ambitious candidate to join Exports team on a permanent basis.A role where no day is likely to be the same as this is not a call centre. Its a solid mixture of administrative account management and relationship building with clients, with full training provided.
The role is a chance within a progressive business, created due to continued growth. Previous office experience is a must here, especially those that have worked in a stock/product related customer role, but they are absolutely open to a range of different candidates.
Key duties include:
* Working as part of a friendly customer service team, maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all customers.
* Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
* Arranging dispatch of all goods and completing any and all documentation this requires.
* Helping to raise quotations, using a bespoke software.
* Advise and consult customers on the services provided, escalating queries as required.
* Maintain accurate administrative records of all calls, updating other departments with information as required.
* Covering in other departments of the business where required.
