Hernshead is an Engineering & Technology recruitment agency owned by experienced recruiter Tom Johnson & Lord Sugar.
Having had a strong first 4 years in business and after a move into a new office we are looking to grow our team with the addition of a new Recruitment Consultant. In a short time weve already become established in a number of markets such as Controls & Automation, Special Purpose Machinery, Technology Design, Automotive, Additive Manufacturing & Aerospace and were now growing into new areas, led by client relationships.
Ideally, were seeking someone who is keen to get into the Recruitment industry and be given a full training plan to progress up the career path of a Recruitment Consultant. You'll ideally have some sales experience, perhaps having worked in Estate Agency, within a Call Centre or within another sales focussed environment. Alternatively, you could have had a taste of recruitment and know youll succeed much better in a supportive and mature environment (and want to get home in time for dinner each evening).
Youll enjoy speaking with people, be comfortable speaking on the phone and be a self-motivated individual with a real desire to succeed as this role will allow you to hit the ground running on your own desk where you will need to be resilient, excited to get on the phone and be in control of your own earnings and success. An interest in Engineering and/or Technology would be beneficial.
