Are you excited to grow in your career?We are currently looking for anm Sales Administrator to join one of our clients based in Bristol. This role will suit someone with strong administration experience and the ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate back office processes to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervise administrative tasks and manage responsibilities to ensure timely performance.
Manage diaries and follow ups/appointments etc. for your colleagues.
Manage phone calls and correspondence with key stakeholders.
Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
Collate finance proposals with the assistance of your colleagues.A successful candidate should have:
Excellent phone manners and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
A self-motivated, positive, and driven character.
Confident, professional, and engaging personality.
The desire to create and develop processes which encourage efficiencies in the business.
The ability to multi task and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.So what are we looking for?
A reliable, self-motivated individual, who is able to prioritise tasks effectively in order to assist the wider broker team in maximising business opportunities.
Experience in a similar role is preferred together with a proven ability to work with numbers.
A willingness and ability to listen and learn quickly will be key, the company is committed to training and investing in their staff - you will be given training in role. This training should allow you to carry out the role effectively and at the same time build a basic understanding of Business Finance.
