Job summary
This Watford area based Revit Technician role is a bit special.In fact, it's very special.
You'll be working on properties which are national treasures as part of the Crown Estate, for NHS Trusts and on a range of frameworks providing new build and upgraded schools plus very high end retirement villages all with a focus on sustainability.
In this Revit Technician role you'll be mainly taking existing drawings and models produced by others and adding building services details to them, but there will be occasions when you set your own up.
As you would expect you'll be working on a mix of new build, refurb and extension schemes while the nature of the buildings means that you'll be using your skills to take the mechanical and electrical design engineers vision so it can be brought into reality.
The practice has a proud and well-earned reputation for sustainability while being based on the outskirts of London, (Watford/Berkhamsted/Amersham area), gives you the opportunity to enjoy hybrid working and not having to go into the city.
You must have worked as a building services (M&E) focused Revit Technician for at least three (3) years working with UK design regulations and standards.
It is crucial that you are fluent with using Revit and have sound knowledge of building services (M&E) draughting.
