Job summary
Hales Group are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our client who are a high performing company in the Reydon area.You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement and development of their product range by providing administrative and general support to the marketing and technical teams.
Duties will include :
* Keep product information held on Sharepoint updated with images, specs, and supplier details.
* Work with the Marketing team to improve website product content for better search results.
* Work with the Financial Analyst with developing materials for regular range reviews to highlight top and declining products.
* Ensure the new product introduction process is implemented successfully by coordinating activities and chasing input from all stakeholders.
* Assist the technical manager in testing products, which may include taking products from the warehouse, assembling the product and conduct testing. This can include lifting moderately heavy items.
* Support marketing in setting up and carrying out product photoshoots, involving some lifting.
* Support the marketing exec by providing administrative assistance and liaising with external suppliers including marketing agencies, graphic designers, and web developers to keep projects moving forward as required.
* Keep the showroom and other areas organised with proper product samples.
* Support the technical manager by getting relevant information from suppliers and manufacturers.
* Help customer service and sales with marketing materials for customer inquiries.
To be considered for this role you must;
* Experience within a similar commercial role would be ideal, with proven administrative skills
* Analytical and comfortable working with data
* Good team player with excellent communication skills
* Capable of prioritizing and handling seemingly conflicting demands.
* Confident in interacting with stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
* Methodical and highly organized, with a keen eye for detail.
* Capable of moderately heavy lifting.
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm
DURATION: Permanent
LOCATION: Reydon
PAY RATE: 21k 23k DOE
