4 Days on site, 1 WFH
You will be joining a small but growing site under new leadership, as part of a larger multi-site business and HR function led by an open-minded HR Director who is driving an increasingly proactive approach to HR. The role will be varied and enjoy a split between delivering operational HR support and supporting the Head of HR on a variety of projects. With headcount expected to grow by 50% in the next 12 months and group wide projects, including the introduction of a new LMS and learning agenda, you can expect to be involved in a variety of initiatives and enjoy a generalist remit.
You will be the face of HR, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Youll operate in a generalist capacity but will have a focus on management coaching, employee engagement, health and well-being whilst being the catalyst for delivery of business wide HR projects at a local level. You will play a key role in the onboarding, training and engagement of new employees as the site operation grows.
Who are we looking for?
Were looking for a confident, engaging HR professional either an experienced HR Advisor ready for a role that will give them room to stretch and grow, or an HR Advisor with a lean towards ER that is looking to broaden their experience. CIPD would be advantageous but, more importantly, we are looking for someone that has worked in an operational, fast paced environment (think manufacturing or logistics), is well versed in coaching line managers and has a passion for culture and engagement
