Job summary
Customer Service AdvisorMy client is seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their team. As the Customer Service Advisor you will need to provide first class customer services to their loyal and valued customers.
Key Details: Customer Service Advisor
* Monday to Friday 09:00 17:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis.
* Permanent contract.
* Salary up to £23,494.
Duties and Experience: Customer Service Advisor
* Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively and accurately.
* To answer technical questions relating to the products.
* Ensure that all orders are input on the same day as received.
* Must have an excellent telephone manner.
* Experience of dealing with customers in high pressure situations and complaints also.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
