Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee their foundry, Inspection and CNC machining shop operations, with a focus on implementing Lean principles and ensuring departmental targets and communications are developed and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production processes in a progressive manufacturing environment. What you will bring;
* Experience of working in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Production Manager within a foundry/CNC machining shop or industrial engineering environment.
* In-depth knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
* Strong background in quality control and inspection processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
* Familiarity with CNC machining operations and equipment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and progressive company environment.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and complying with safety regulations.
