Job summary
We are currently partnering with a global engineering organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.The salary for the role is between £60,000 - £70,000 + 10% discretionary bonus and a £5,000 car allowance.
Our client also offers an autonomous hybrid working policy with 1-2 days per week in the office in Manchester or Leeds City Centre.
The purpose of this role is to set and deliver on strategic objectives within a key business area of the organisation with circa 1,200 employees.
The Role:
Provide HR expertise and contribute as a business leader to the performance of your business area
Define and implement a people plan for the business
Work in partnership with the business to achieve operational and strategic aims
Be experienced in change management expertise to ensure organisational changes are planned and implemented in a way that applies best practice
Improve business performance that complies with legislation and minimises unnecessary Employee Relations activity, costs and disruption to delivery performance
Support the business with activities relating to employee experience and engagement including action planning
Be knowledgeable in Organisational Design, Reward and Performance, Employee Engagement, Employee relations, Resource and Talent Management
Demonstrate the ability to establish positive relationships with Stakeholders across the business
Collaborate with other cross-functional HR stakeholders to drive outcomes (Talent Acquisition/Compensation & Benefits team)
Create and implement a resource plan that optimises expertise to confidently meet the requirements of our current and future workload to ensure effective and timely implementation of HR initiatives in line with business priorities
Define people strategies that drive employee retention, change, improve performance, maximise colleague engagement and develop talent
Requirements:
Will have worked in a global organisation with diverse teams, cultures and knowledge of specific challenges and considerations that come with managing and leading a global business
Proven ability to set and deliver on strategic objectives in a fast-paced matrix organisation
CIPD qualified
