Description
Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with organisational standards.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the financial planning and budgeting process.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
Participate in audits and coordinate responses to audit findings.
Support the team in the delivery of financial projects.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, providing financial advice and guidance where necessary.
Continually develop knowledge and skills within the finance sector.Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency in using financial software.
A keen understanding of financial regulations and legislation within the public sector.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear manner.Job Offer
