Observation and Communication:

Pay close attention to students' behaviour, emotions, and social interactions.
Communicate effectively with teachers and parents to share insights about students' well-being.
Emotional Support:

Be attentive to the emotional needs of students, offering comfort and encouragement when necessary.
Implement strategies to help students manage and express their emotions in a healthy manner.
Conflict Resolution:

Assist in resolving conflicts between students, teaching them effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher to address any behavioural concerns.
Inclusion and Diversity:
