Childrens Registered Manager New Home
Taunton
Up to £45,000
We are seeking a Childrens Home Registered Manager for an opportunity to join an independent trauma-informed organisation, who will work with the RI to open a brand new 1 bed childrens home in the Taunton area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected organisation and will give the post-holder significant opportunity to develop their skills and experience, with the support of a well-established and knowledgeable team. You will have a good deal of autonomy in the set-up of the home and will work with the RI and OFSTED to recruit the team before opening the home and welcoming a child.
The organisation works in a trauma-informed way to ensure a positive journey for their young people. Staff are well-supported at all times and will receive clinical supervision.
We welcome applicants who have previously been a registered manager of a childrens home at all levels of experience. It could also be a great opportunity for a knowledgeable and experienced deputy manager with a background in childrens residential care.
