Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will be carrying out a busy and varied role to provide admin and customer support to a range of customers. Duties will include:
· Dealing with enquiries in relation to properties
· Progressing enquires by updating the in-house systems
· Managing maintenance requests using the maintenance reporting system
· Organising tenant check in schedules
· Carrying out periodic inspections in conjunction with the site based staff
· Developing good working relationships with third party contractors
· Ensuring high standards of customer care
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Previous experience in a similar Administrator role and have worked as part of a small team
· Experience working with compliance would be beneficial but is not essential
· Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Customer focused
· Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
· A flexible team player, willing to help where needed
· Able to commit to a 25 hour a week role on an ongoing basis
