Job summary
Our leading Financial Services Sector Client is continuing a high growth trajectory, coupled with an ambitious transformation programme are now seeking an Administrator within the Litigation team for a challenging project.Role Profile
As a member of the Litigation team, the main purpose of this role is to identify and source required policy holder documentation or information to assist the project. There will be a requirement to analyse trends in data/documentation and communicate with internal & external teams to ensure escalation of issues identified.
Duties will include:
Data Gathering and Analysis:
* Obtain outstanding information/documentation from the Bancs System
* Supporting the wider team to identify trends in missing information and assist with the resolution
* Continual review and improvement of current processes
Process Management
* Proactive and reactive contact with internal & external customers
* Proactive, solutions-based approach to understanding issues which arise, and then able to implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
Person Profile
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Previous Life office experience is desirable but not essential
* Innovative, take bold steps forward
