Job summary
BUILDING SERVICES ENGNINEER - OXFORD - CONTRACT - £385 PER DAYARM are c currently working with a local council who are responsible for maintaining and developing the local area in many ways. They are seeking a Building Services Engineer to join their team in Oxford on a 4-month contract
About You:
To be applicable for this position you will need the following:
- You will need a Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree.
- You will need extensive experience within a building services environment
- You will need knowledge and working experience of Low carbon technologies
What you will be doing:
In this position you will be designing and project managing building services projects, more specifically low carbon technologies. You will also be required to undertake building condition surveys to identify defects, carbon zero opportunities and advise on repair, maintenance, and restoration options.
This position will be based in Oxfordshire.
What you can expect in return:
This position is an inside IR35 contract that is paying £384 per day, it will also be a 4-month contract initially.
For this position you will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK
