Job summary
My client is looking for a Part Time Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. My client specialises in building luxury homes worth around £1,000.000 - £3,000,000 in Winchester and the surrounding areas.They are looking for someone to work 24hours a week ideally four days per week 9:30am - 3pm earning £27,000 pro rata, £16,500 per annum. To start immediately. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager.
The ideal candidate will ideally need a property background and knowledge within the property sector. They will be dealing with new homeowners and any maintenance issues that may arise. They will liaise with the Construction, Commercial and Technical Teams, in-house operatives and sub-contractors to arrange and carry out defect repairs. They will need to have basic admin skills, be IT literate, have used Clixifix Defect Management System and be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. They should have excellent organisational and communication skills and be used to working in a fast paced role.
