Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join an NHS Fleet Management Department on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing a portfolio of contracts and information processes and ensuring delivery of provider contracts commissioned by the Trust

* Supporting the assessment of needs, deciding priorities, setting contracts and targets, and analysing data

* Analysing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative finance, performance, and business intelligence

* Working with associate and external contract managers to develop information to support the Trust in financial settlements, reviews of financial risk, mitigating action plans, and impact of these plans.

* Reviewing and interpreting management reports on all contractual SLAs

* Manage external contracts and hold to account on deliverables in line with KPIs and terms of contract.

* Improve efficiency and contract performance

* Escalating and managing contract issues.

Requirements:

* Previous experience of working in Contract Management, ideally within the NHS or similar public sector organisation

* Well developed negotiating and relationship building skills

* Extensive knowledge of Contract Management, Cost Improvement, CQUIN, etc

* Commercial contract experience

Location Remote working with frequent travel across the East of England area
