Following the acquisition of Shearings in July 2020, as a Group, our presence in the UK increased significantly, offering hundreds of affordable breaks and inspiring itineraries to choose from.
We are currently looking for experienced sales staff to provide customers with their dream holidays to exciting destinations. Working within a vibrant team you will be provided with full product training and first-class ongoing coaching and development, so previous travel experience would be beneficial but is by no means essential, just a passion for travel!

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Answer calls on the inbound sales line to discuss travel plans and sell the perfect holiday package to suit the customers wants and needs.
Make outbound calls to existing/previous customers offering them the perfect holiday to suit their needs.
Consistently demonstrate a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines.
Work as part of the sales team as well as working independently to handle and manage workloads.
Demonstrate up to date product and brand knowledge while having in depth knowledge relating to our portfolio of destinations and supplier products.
Achieve and exceed company, team, and individual objectives relating to sales targets.
Hours: Monday Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm & Sunday 10am 4pm. Hours are worked on a 3-week rotation with a minimum of 1 late shift per week & 1 weekend in 3. (This is an office-based position at our head office in Rotherham)
