Counselling EAP Advisor - Part timeOur client is a growing dynamic integrated healthcare business which is further developing their psychological support services. As a business they want to make a real difference which is why they employ a multidisciplinary team to help employees and their families address the multifactorial issues associated with psychological distress. Therefore as a Careline Advisor you will also have access to exercise specialists, physiologists, nutritionists, nurses, case managers and physiotherapists to help the person understand and engage in a proactive self-help programme.
Our client is looking for individuals who share their vision and also who are willing to help clients address the broader work and life stressors and how to address them.
The key to this role is providing help and support to employees via the Employee Assistance Programme and offer counselling advice over the telephone. Candidates should be open to online and phone based counselling. Candidates will need to be on the BABCP or BABP register and have experience of offering counselling to adults.
Hours to suit - 21/30 per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to inbound telephone queries offering advice and support to a range of issues
* Conduct assessments via telephone-based interventions and produce tailored action plans to support Customers.
* Provide timely concise and well written reports that provide the right balance of recommendations for the organisation.
* Support other case managers and provide specialist advice to complex cases.
Qualifications and experience required:
* CBT Therapy or Counselling qualification
* Member of BACP or BABCP
* Experience of delivering CBT/counselling via telephone
* Good level of computer literacy
* High level of organisational skills
Depending on candidate location this role can be fully remote or hybrid after training which will take place in head office Tewkesbury. Salary £25/37K depending on experience
