Job summary
My client a household name in East Leeds is looking for some immediate customer service advisors!Full time on going 2-3 months
Duties include:
Resolving e-commerce queries through e-mail to ensure smooth resolution of any issues.
Responding to trust pilot comments to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved
Work across multiple systems to ensure orders are processed and queries are logged and resolved.
Producing reporting updates to track performance and customer satisfaction You will need:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong customer service, query and complaint handling skills
The ability to manage and prioritise workload
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Resilience and problem solving skills We're ideally looking for someone who has strong initiative and can hit the ground running. Some previous CR experience would certainly be advantageous.
