Job summary
This brilliant HR Generalist opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract, within an organisation with an excellent reputation and so much ambition. Youll be part of a welcoming HR team and will be tasked with providing commercial HR Advice and guidance to Managers across the organisation, developing their capability, and collaborating with the wider HR team to ensure the HR service is an excellent and effective one.As the HR Generalist you will enjoy 25 Days holiday, a 35-hour working week, private medical cover and more, our client has family friendly policies and promotes hybrid working (2 days based at home, 3 days based in their modern office)
The key duties of this role include:
Providing managers with advice and guidance enabling them to better manage their people matters.
ER case management; performance, disciplinary, absence and capability focused on escalated high risk and complex cases
Supporting managers to adopt a proactive approach to absence management
Create or facilitate people management training to enhance capability.
Maintaining and developing policies and procedures
Supporting and leading on engagement initiatives (health, reward, and wellbeing)We are looking for a candidate who is confident in managing generalist HR duties as above, you will be confident in HR best practice and have a good understanding of employment law.
This role would suit a HR Manager or Senior HR generalist who enjoys a fulfilling role without the added responsibility of people management. Our client is open in terms of experience, if you have 75% of the experience above, I would love to hear from you.
