Job summary

Job Role: Senior Support Worker / Children's Residential.

Location: Burnley, Lancashire.

Salary: £11.80 - £12.40* per hour / £23,930.40 - £25,147.20* per annum.

Additional: £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000 P/A)

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking full time Senior Support Workers (39+ hours per week) to join our team in Burnley.

Requirements:

You must hold a minimum of 12 months experience and ideally a Level 3 Qualification in residential childcare, which will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.

You will need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
