Job summary
The Personal Assistant to Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting the Construction Director in all areas of operations for a 5*star Housebuilder based in Northamptonshire.This position will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Construction Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of daily reports and correspondence.
Assist in preparing daily reports and correspondence.
Provide support to personal staff as needed.
Maintain office supplies, including filing, printers, etc.
Answer phone calls and take messages.
Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding order status and delivery dates.
Manage incoming mail and mail-out correspondence.
Other duties as assigned by the Director or management.
This opportunity would offer flexible working with the opportunity to work from home on certain days. Experience in a similar role is required but not necessarily in Construction, just must have strong experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
