Job summary
A client of ours in the Harlow area are recruiting a Internal Recruiter to join their team. This is a 1-year FTC position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your key duties in this Internal Recruiter role will include but are not limited to:
Confidently and effectively dealing with all relationships in the recruitment life-cycle to deliver successful outcomes.
Posting adverts and/or promoting opportunities, to generate good responses including Linked In, job boards, company websites, networking, job fairs, open days etc.
Confidently cold calling candidates to generate interest in opportunities.
Developing relationships with relevant organisations for pipeline talent.
Undertaking a range of hiring activities including candidate screening, checking right to work in the UK, involvement in selection.
Proactively managing hiring manager relationships.
Facilitating the hiring process up to and including verbal offers.
Managing all relevant systems and reporting.
Developing and maintaining a candidate library to avoid duplication of candidates / fees.
Meeting all quality and compliance requirements in.
Any other duties as required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Previous recruitment, human resources and personnel experience essential
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and driven
Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
Flexibility is required due to being able to attend recruitment events.
Must be able to drive.
