Job summary
Customer Experience Administrator required in Gillingham on a six month basis for a client of ours. You will be supporting the training division so will require a strong administrative background. We are looking for someone who is a real team player, customer focused and confident with Microsoft products.Duties can include:
Dealing with customer queries via email/phone in a friendly approachable manner
Receiving and processing delegate applications
Uploading data to the systems
Receiving payments and copying data to client schedule
General Admin, emails, post, sending course joining instructions to trainers
Ensuring trainers have their course packs and items ready
Emailing pre-course instructions to delegates
Rearranging cancelled delegates to new courses and updating the Excel spreadsheet
Tracking, collating and posting certificates and course workbooks
Recording attendance and coding to show whether or not they attended
Contributing and attending meetings to suggest improvements
You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to represent the company professionally.
This is a full time office role paying £12.31ph. The hours are 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
This role requires an enhanced DBS.
