CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICERJS Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a growing client who are looking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their busy and expanding team in Rotherham. The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly motivated and have good communication and relationship-building skills.
You will work alongside their Senior Account Manager learning the skills of handling customers' accounts, helping to improve processes and identify opportunities within the account to develop their services within the business as well as providing excellent customer service.

Salary of up to £24,000.

What you will do as a Customer Support Officer:
Familiarise yourself with the services offered.
Answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries.
Provide a high-quality customer experience.
Maintain customer accounts.
Account Management administration through our CRM management tool.
Contact existing customers to hight additional services that are available.
Provide quotations and sending to the customer via email.
Liaise with customers, managers and other departments as required.
Engaging with a wide range of customers to sell the company's services.
Follow up with clients who had previously expressed interest but did not purchase.
Encourage existing clients who had previously expressed interest but did not purchase.
Encourage existing clients to consider additional services.
Build strong business relationships with key decisions makers.
Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnership.
Staying up to date with industry & sector developments through research.
What is required to become a Customer Support Officer:
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience within the IT industry or relevant sector (desirable).
Previous account management experience/ b2b (desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Experience of working in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
Positive, enthusiastic approach.
Confident telephone manner.
Ability to use all Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, Work and CRM system.
Full and clean driving licence.
