RJS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Customs Clearance Specialist as they further expand. The ideal candidate will show consistent experience within import customs clearance along with a minimum of 3 years experience within container Import clearance.This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help build on their career, increase their knowledge whilst supporting a highly experienced team.
Your role as an Import Customs Clearance Coordinator will be key to the day-to-day operations of the team.
Maintain existing customer service levels
Maintain an efficient Supportive working environment within the import customs team.
The client wants someone with an I can do attitude who is willing to help build on this fantastic opportunity and able to settle quickly in the role.
Candidate/Skills Specifics
Min 3 years Import Customs Clearance experience
Deep Sea Container Imports
Understanding of Incoterms
Understanding of HS Commodity Codes & import duty rates
European Imports
European Exports
Invoicing clients Vat/Duty
Invoicing clients Customs Clearance charges
Answering Telephone
Managing busy shared email inbox using outlook
Microsoft office
General communication by email/phone with current clients and new enquires
Good telephone manner
