Our client, a leader in the Facilities Management sector, is seeking an Assistant Compliance Officer to join their team. Role and Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the company's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in monitoring and reporting compliances for company clients and their portfolio of sites.

Collaborating with the Compliance Manager to ensure that all regulatory and client-specific requirements are met.
*
Conducting site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and other industry standards.
*
Preparing detailed compliance reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
*
Managing and maintaining compliance records and documentation.
*
Collaborating with clients and customers to address any compliance-related inquiries or issues.
*
Supporting the Compliance Manager in developing and implementing compliance strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

3+ years of experience in a compliance or related role within the Facilities Management industry.
*
A strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Proven ability to create and present compliance reports to a variety of audiences.
*
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
*
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to visit clients and customers.
