Executive PA - permanent

Monday to Friday Hybrid working

We are looking for an experience PA to join a driven and ambitious client of ours in the Heart of Liverpool. You must have experience working in a corporate establishment and demonstrate that you have supported up to Executive level.

Your role will be providing vital support to a busy executive team. The role offers variety and requires someone who is a highly organised and dedicated individual, where no task is too big or too small. You must be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite, especially around Excel and PowerPoint. Communication is key, we are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who can integrate at all levels, as well as demonstrate that they can build strong relationships across the business right up to director level.

Key Responsibilities:

* To assist the Executive team providing full diary management, arranging meetings and appointments.

* Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation (UK/International)

* Monthly Budget Reporting

* Taking messages and fielding calls.

* Inbox management, monitoring and responding to emails.

* Setting up and coordinating Executive meetings on and off site.

* Main point of contact for all clients and new business connections on a daily basis.

* Managing expenses monthly for all the partners.

* Minute taking/agendas for board and stakeholder management meetings

* Responsible for arranging and co-ordinating client conference meetings / Event days

* Producing PowerPoint presentations for a variety of meetings

* Ad hoc administration support, along with any hands-on project support if required

* Proofreading, creating and distributing letters to clients.

* Excellent knowledge using MS Excel and PowerPoint, producing charts / Graphs and presentations for high level executive meetings.

* Producing meeting packs.

* Arranging refreshments for meetings.
