VERY RARE & EXCITING OPPORTUNITY! *Frontline Recruitment are looking for a determined, ambitious & results driven recruiter to head our WEYMOUTH office.
This would be perfect for a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for their next step or an experienced Branch Manager looking for something new to get their teeth into!

The specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Take ownership of our branch, from the sales to get clients on board all the way through to filling the positions both Temp and Perm sales.
* You will oversee a small team and add additional members of staff as the branch develops.
* Review office performance and monitor budget.
* Attend visits regularly with existing clients to ensure service levels are adequate and opportunities explored promote partnerships and relationship building.
* Attend networking events to promote the business within the Dorset region.
* Work closely with the other branches to share ideas and grow the business.
* Keep in contact with non-spending former clients to ensure future business isnt lost to a competitor.

You will receive a monthly uncapped bonus which is profit related and most importantly, we will look after you. Our salary banding is very competitive for the industry, we are offering a salary package of £30,000- £50,000 per annum + bonus + £400 per month car allowance, however this will be negotiable based on your experience and skillset.
