Job summary
We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor on behalf of large corporate organisation based in Weybridge. You will be providing comprehensive, effective and efficient Human Resource services to internal customers and partnering with leaders to develop relationship and provide advice of a full range of Human Resources issues.Key Responsibilities of an HR Advisor
* Provide HR support, ensuring that the HR Department is covered at all times
* To maintain the Staff Handbook in agreement with the HR Operations Manager
* Assist with specific projects, such as recruitment, payroll processing, training and HR systems
* Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation. Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights in all actions and activities
* Establish, develop and maintain effective and credible working relationships throughout organisation
* Demonstrate a commitment and corporate focus
* Maintain professional HR integrity and confidentially ensuing that confidentiality and data protection requirements are maintained and adhered to
* Keep up to date with employment legislation and good practice and recommend improvements to the HR Operations Manager
* To follow and promote all relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures.
Key attributes of an HR Advisor
* Experience working in a similar role is essential
* Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software (E.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
* Not essential; however, HR based qualification (E.g. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent)
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work closely with multiple departments and directors
* Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
