CRM Manager required to join a well renowned company specialising in bespoke campervan and motorhomes on a Permanent basis based near Banbury.

This is a rare opportunity to join the Senior Team of a rapidly expanding company with large growth plans across new markets. Join the team as a CRM Manager on a permanent basis at their Head Quarters site based near Banbury, benefiting from a salary up to £60,000 per annum.

Working with the worlds go-to campervans and motorhomes, their craftmanship to configure and upgrade is second to none, leaving customers with a one-of-a-kind model to embark on their camping adventures world-wide. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Senior team as a CRM Manager, driving innovation and using your entrepreneurial spirit to shape their future!

As the CRM Manager, you will use your expertise in HubSpot (other systems considered) to leverage the CRM system and turn data into valuable insights maintaining the brands competitive edge which they continuously strive to achieve. You will lead the future of the brands CRM strategy making a significant contribution to the business.

Key responsibilities of the CRM Manager will include;

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to be a driving force in shaping the future of BI and CRM strategy. Bring your strategic prowess to the forefront, providing visionary leadership in the development and execution of BI and CRM initiatives.

Project Ownership:

Seize ownership of your workload, becoming an active contributor to hands-on projects within the dynamic world of BI and CRM. Steer and oversee a range of exciting projects, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

BI Expertise:

Take the helm of the BI efforts, orchestrating data collection, analysis, and reporting that steer the path to success. Define and implement best practices in data governance, data warehousing, and data visualisation, paving the way for data-driven decision-making excellence.

Innovation Catalyst:

Infuse your entrepreneurial spirit, imaginative ideas, and strategic insights into shaping the future strategies of the company. Collaborate across multifunctional teams to unearth innovative opportunities for enhancing our BI and CRM capabilities.

Technical Proficiency:

Employ your expertise in SQL, PowerBI, and HubSpot CRM to craft, develop, and maintain cutting-edge BI solutions and CRM processes. Illuminate the data landscape, crafting actionable reports and captivating dashboards using SQL and powerful visualisation tools.

Knowledge Sharing Mentor:

Share the treasure trove of your experience and wisdom with the team, serving as a mentor and guide, especially for budding talents. Foster a culture of relentless learning and continuous improvement within the BI and CRM domain.

Process Optimisation:

Unceasingly evaluate and fine-tune BI and CRM processes, ensuring data quality, precision, and operational efficiency reach new heights. Equip decision-makers with well-informed, data-backed insights that fuel the refinement of marketing and business strategies.

Data Visualisation Expert:

Weave data into captivating stories using your expertise with visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI), crafting reports and dashboards that engage and enlighten stakeholders.

Self-Reliant Leadership:

Show your prowess in self-sufficiency, effectively managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and consistently delivering high-quality results. Seize the initiative in identifying improvement opportunities and proactively tackle challenges to drive progress.

Who is our ideal CRM Manager?

Experience: 4+ years of working in CRM and a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM (Other systems considered).
SQL: Demonstrated experience in SQL.
Visualisation tools: Strong experience with visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense)
Team Management: Ideally you will have experience managing a Team or be ready to take the next steps into team management.
Industry experience: Bonus points for industry experience!
