Support Worker - Frome Supported Living
Join us at Mencap, to be part of a team that is dedicated to enhancing peoples lives.
You will do everything from supporting people with their daily living tasks with things like finances, administering medicines, cooking and supporting them to live the lives they want to live. The people we support enjoy accessing their community to participate in their favourite activities, including: shopping, going to the gym, swimming and watching a movie at the local cinema. You will work in a team focused on delivering the absolute best care and support, where everyone understands exactly what needs to happen to get the best results this is where the magic really happens.
Be a reliable presence during evening and weekends, engaging individuals in meaningful activities and helping them maintain routines. Sleep in support is also required, ensuring the safety and comfort of individuals while they sleep.
