Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly motivated, professional and friendly Holiday Home Sales team within a 5 star luxury holiday park in Cornwall.

Purpose:
Work within the sales team to help deliver a great experience to our potential and existing customers. Continuing our culture and ethos of the way we sell our holiday homes.
Our Sales Executives will be focused and driven to meet personal and team targets with a strong ethic towards your team and the customer.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Proven sales experience in a customer driven environment desirable but not essential.
Good knowledge and understanding of the park and leisure homes industry.
Experience actively using CRM system, and to become comfortable and proficient.
Have a great knowledge and understanding of our product and key technical data.
Build an understanding of the competitors and what they are offering.
Networking and communicational skills essential.
Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Be able to manage timetable and own diary for appointments.
Enthusiastic and a great team player
Demonstrate impeccable standards of personal conduct
Take personal responsibility for the quality of service you deliver in line with our Visions and Values. This is a permanent, full time position which would ideally suit a driven and motivated individual, preferably with previous holiday park sales experience.
