Job summary
We are assisting our client, who requires an experienced Client Relations Coordinator to provide a continuous flow of new, potential customers through efficient handling of existing and new prospects and identifying sales opportunities.The role will be office-based and will require you to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location. As the Client Relations Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and assisting with the preparation of ABI leads for cold-calling architects and other clients.
About the role
Arrange appointments over the phone and manage the Client Relations team's diaries, including client visits, catalogue drops and CPDs
Carry out telesales activity on a daily basis
Initiate contact with new clients using social media, where applicable
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
Direct prospects to the Client Relations team, where required About you
