Are you a proactive finance professional ready to take the next step and a lead role in a growing organisation?Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is your opportunity to shine as you lead a high-potential team of three to deliver precise monthly reporting, ensuring timely adherence to tax and regulatory submissions.
You will be curious in nature and have a good all-round knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, working capital management and cash flow and be able to work collaboratively with senior managers across the Antalis UK & Ireland business.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leadership Excellence:
Lead and inspire a team of three finance professionals to achieve outstanding results.
Help to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.Monthly Reporting Mastery:
Drive the delivery of accurate monthly reporting, showcasing your expertise in P&L, balance sheet, working capital management, and cash flow analysis.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Proactive Problem-Solver:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined reporting procedures.
Demonstrate a curious nature by staying ahead of industry trends and financial best practices.Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with senior managers across the UK & Ireland business, providing valuable financial insights.
Contribute to strategic decision-making through your comprehensive understanding of financial data.

Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
Demonstrated management experience in a finance role, with a track record of driving excellence.
In-depth knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, working capital management, and cash flow analysis.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
