Due to this growth, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Team Manager to motivate, nurture, mentor and grow the already successful team of Field Sales Representatives across the UK.

You will currently working as a Sales Team Manager or Sales Manager (ideally brand) in Non-Food, Consumer Goods or FMCG, this is the perfect role for someone frustrated by a lack of Autonomy and opportunity in their current position.
You will be part of the senior management team working closely with the Managing Director and you'll have a huge amount of influence in the sales teams continued growth and success.
